FAQ

• Can I add items to a package? Yes, when adding other items to any package and we will only charge store shelf prices and no other fees unless it requires additional stops such as fresh local sea food.
• What if I do not want all or any items from a category? You may trade items from different categories or substitute items not in the package. If there is a price variance we will make reasonable adjustments
• Can I request brands names? Yes. Should there be a price variance we will make reasonable adjustment.
• Restocking:  We will shop & deliver groceries to our customers who have ordered from a package during the same week. Tthe fee is only $15.00 to shop & deliver.
• Can I make my own list? Yes, we will shop your list and the fee is 15% to shop and to deliver.
• Can the groceries be placed in our vacation address before our arrival? Yes, we work with your reservationist to allow limited access to the vacation home before your arrival. Please note that during the busy season (June-August) prearrival delivery cannot be guaranteed. However most orders are completed before check-in time.
• What is the delivery area? The delivery area for is to all of Hilton Head, Bluffton, Sun City and Daufuskie Island.
• Do I have to order on line? No, we will gladly take your order via phone, fax or email.
• How do I pay for my order?  We accept Checks, ACH and Credit Cards.  There is a small convenience fee for credit card processing.
•  Do you have a minimum delivery fee?  There is no delivery fee for package orders;  However there is a $20.00 minimum delivery fee for Custom orders only.
